The Congo forces are doing this with tacit support from US military. Ironically it is America that claim that it treats women better than anywhere else in the world.

For what the US forces are there in Congo? Rather than training them in Combat skills, US military should teach them the how to behave like a human. It will sort out half of the problems.

The word 'rape' is constantly overused by the West. It is mostly used as a political tool to draw attention to a lesser issue, usually women's rights. I seriously doubt the rape accusations, for the reasons above.
